What is Concierge Services ?
Concierge services are a great option when you do not need full-time non-medical in-home elderly care services in the home or Assisted Living or Long term care facilities to continue independence, enjoy life, and get your to-do list completed. Concierge Services’ focus is completing daily tasks, but necessary to keep your seniors happy and satisfied in their homes. Concierge Services are also an easy option. Fulltime in-home care starts at a minimum of 5 hours. The agency can provide services for as little as one hour a day.

If you need frequent services, book a set of hours to use and enjoy a reduced rate. What a great way to try our concierge services and check off some items on your to-do list!
- Personal care (e.g., help with dressing and personal hygiene)
- In-Home Meal Prep (e.g., assistance with meals, or complete prep)
- Companionship (e.g., activities in/outside of the home)
- Post – Op Surgeries
- Quality of Life Improvement (e.g., exposure to performing/visual arts & current events)
- Light Housekeeping
- Shopping/Errand and courier services (e.g., grocery shopping, clothing & personal items, hospital procedures and /or surgeries)
- Laundry
- Daily home visits (e.g., for safety and health appointments)
- Computer/Technology training and support
- Incidental Transportation
- Medicine reminders/Reminder services
- Mail delivery and pickup (if mailbox is not at residence)
- Travel/escorting service for short & long distance caregiving
- And other tailored services per client per agreement
Our Concierge rate is 30.00 per hour for most services with a one (1) hour minimum. Service requests outside of normal business hours, urgent/same-day requests, weekends, and holidays will be subjected to an additional fee of $5.00 extra per hour. Be Patient Caregiving offers customized Monthly packages that are recommended for routine or ongoing needs.
Package hours must be prepared in advance, used monthly and must be used within 1 year. Unused hours do not carry over. Rates do not include travel outside of city limits. After that, a mileage fee of 0.65 per mile applies. Any third-party purchases/merchandise and service tolls, parking fees, etc are the client’s responsibility.
Billing and Payments Rendered:
- Payments due and payable in full at the signing of concierge application
- Refund Policy: In the event cancellation of service by a client is caused by death within 7 seven days upon the start of service and /or during services will receive a 50% refund of the overpayment. In the event that a client cancels services for any other reason, there will be no refund for we are staffed & scheduled to serve you.
- We accept Cash, Checks, or credit card via PayPal (You do not have to have a PayPal account) are accepted.
- If paying using Cash App, Zelle PayPal, a 2.9% processing fee will be added.
- A $35 fee, in addition to other fees/ charges from Be Patient Caregiving Concierge Services banking institution will be assessed for each returned check.
- If you cancel a day on the calendar then which to re- add the day back to the schedule it’s a 25.00 addition charge to add it back.
- In the event that a client cancel services for any reason, there will be no refund for we are staged and scheduled to serve you.
